Hello Friends-
I hope this post finds all of you enjoying the Spring weather we are finally getting here in Redding!
This post is being written with both Joy and Sadness! I have sold the store. I am excited for what the future will bring my way, and sad that I will not see your smiley faces daily, weekly and monthly! I will be closing this weekend (7th). So our crop this weekend will be the last for Scrappin' Friends! (we will be open both Fri. and Sat from 10-midnight and I still have 1 spot left).
The new store owner Jenney Gannon is also very excited and nervous as she ventures out on this new ride. I wish her luck and know you all will support her! I have worked hard to build this business and you have supported me well-I know you will enjoy the new store!
Jenney has plans to make changes, which includes the name! The new name will be "She's Crafty." Her new blog is:

I want to thank all of you for being so loyal and for being supportive over the last 2 years. It has been a fabulous ride and one I will surely miss.

Calendar change-National Scrapbook Day Event
Hello Friends-
I hope you have all been well and enjoying our Spring weather (as strange as may be)! It has been a busy beginning to the month of April, and as I look ahead, I realized that our crop on the 16th is also Cool April Nights weekend and also the Red Bluff Round-Up! So, needless to say we have had small numbers signing up for the crop and then some who signed up early and then they too realized the busy city goings-on and some have had to cancel out. Soooo...... since we had such a fun event planned, I decided to cancel this one and move forward to May!
This is what we are doing:
National Scrapbook Day (2 Day Crop)!!!!
We will crop on Friday May 6th from 5-midnight and then on Sat. May 7th (National Scrap Day) from 9-midnight.
Come celebrate with us!!!! Here's what you get-
Call or come in to reserve your space (reservations with payment only)
Space is already filling up-so don't wait too long or you might miss out on all the fun!!!!!

Spellbinders Nestabilities

April Class and Event Descriptions
Hi Friends-
The weather has been challenging and I hear tiresome for many (personally, I am not looking forward to the heat-maybe a little less rain-but not heat)! None the less, we have been very busy this month at the store with classes, some great crops, sale days, and new product, and April will prove no different!
So here is a description of all that is happening in April.
CALENDAR (store phone # to reserve a class, crop space: 722-9200)
As always, if you can't attend a class, you can get it as a kit with photos and directions!
• 1st-Friday Night Crop 5-midnight: Come and join the fun-$10 (call to reserve your spot)
• 2nd-Nestabilities Demo & Pre-Order Event: 20% Off any Spellbinders order.

• 2nd-Happy Birthday Mini Album 11:00 AM: This is an adorable interactive album designed by Danielle. Come on in to take a peek at it. $20

• 5th-Challenge Club Meeting 5:30 PM: Do you need some inspiration, or maybe just a challenge to get your mo-jo flowing again? Then this is the club for you. Recieve a packet of materials to take home and create with, then bring it back next month to be entered into the contest to win a $10 gift certificate to the store. It is only $10 a month to be a member and promises to be a lot of fun! Call to reserve your spot.
• 6th-Angel Stamp Club 9:30 AM: We still have a few spots available to join this fun group of ladies. Angie Kelley will be bringing us a fun new project (as always)-don't delay call to reserve your space and get more details!
• 8th-Tilda Clock Class-Part 1 5:30 PM: This is a cute clock for the home, office, a child's room, a gift, or yourself! The first class will be a coloring class. You can bring any coloring medium you like to use. Call for details! $24
• 9th-Tilda Clock Class-Part 2 10 AM: This is the second of two classes. We will be putting our clocks together today!
• 12th-Bo Bunny Dot Sale-Buy 2 Get 1 FREE: Don't miss out on this great sale! If you haven't seen or heard, Bo-Bunny has 4 new lines of paper that are the same colors as the dot papers (not all colors are available for me to order yet, but we will have a few for the sale)! Hurry in for best selection-we have a couple new Bo-Dot colors too!
• 13th-Copic Coloring Cards 9:30 AM: We will be coloring two really cute stamped images using copic markers. (I am by no means an expert, but I am happy to share what I do know and what works well for me)! $16 Call to reserve your space.
• 16th-Spring Fling Crop Make-N-Take 10-midnight $35: This is going to be a very fun day of scrapping, prizes, and a Make-N-Take, a few new easter kits will also be available at the event. We will provide dinner and dessert as well! Space is filling quickly-so don't delay-reserve your spot (pre-paid only will reserve your spot)!
• 19th-Life is Fun Mini Album 5:30 PM: This is a fun interactive flap album that will preserve a special memory. $34 Call to sign up!
• 20th-Cinch Demo Address Book & Sale 5:30 PM: We are offering a 20% off the CINCH machine when you order it and binding wires(which we have in stock)! Misty is going to help you learn how to use the Cinch binding machine. If you have a Bind-It-All and have trouble using it, or don't know how-then this is the class for you! You will make an address book and then be able to practice using the cinch. As the name implies-Its a CINCH to use! Call to reserve your spot.
• 26th-Flower Making Technique 5:30 PM: Have you been wanting to learn how to make fun flowers to add to your layouts, cards, or altered projects? Come learn how to make some fun flowers, learn some easy techniques that will add character, beauty, and spice to your scrapping! Call to reserve your spot!
• 27th-Coloring Technique Cards 9:30 AM: I am changing things up with our card classes. You will get 4 fun stamped images to color and all the materials to put the 4 cards together (all 4 are designed for you ). The class will consist of practicing or learning how to color with your favorite medium 1 of the stamped images, and then we will learn a new card making technique with one of the other pre-designed cards. The last two cards will come with a photo and coloring directions for youl to complete at your leisure! Come in and take a peek at this months cards! $20 Call to reserve your spot.

Saturday !9th Crop
